Unadilla is the home of horsepower and for the weekend of the pro national it was also the home of Team EJP Racing’s Patrick Prescott. The event draws thousands to watch the pro races on Saturday and also attracted over 1300 amateur entries. With so many riders entering, it meant full gates all weekend, and stiff competition.

Patrick got things kicked off in the Supermini class with a quick jump out of the gate entering the first turn in the top 6. Unfortunately, the pack would push extremely wide and the #199 was forced off the track, reentering towards the end of the pack. He would make plenty of passes and finish off in 21st. In his last Supermini moto he got a great start and was running top ten until his throttle stuck coming down one of the huge Unadilla hills and result in a nasty crash. His moto scores were 21-DNF for 25th overall.

The 85cc class seemed to treat Pat better with great jumps off the line that would put him in the top 10 throughout moto 1. On the final lap, just 2 turns from the finish he would go down, resulting in a 13th. On his final moto of the weekend he would have to deal with the affects from his morning crash, but everything seemed to come together with a 12th place finish in the moto, and a 12th overall for the weekend.
