With six rounds complete in the MMS Fall Series Championship chase, Patrick Prescott has found the speed he has been looking for all year. Throughout the season he has been making adjustments but has yet to put it all together for a win, until now. When the gate dropped this weekend at Hemond’s Motocross Park it was clear that the #199 was on a mission.

Patrick started the day with a 3rd in the 65 Open class and a 2nd in the 65 C, but showed he had the speed to win. It was not until the 2nd moto of the 65 C class that he converted that speed into a late moto battle that would result in a moto win, and first overall in the 65 C class. Patrick now sits second in the 65 C class standings and has his sights set on the championship. Team EJP will head to MX-207 this weekend for the next round of racing.

In other EJP racing news, Lane Shorey has decided to remain off the bike for the remainder of the season. He has been slowly healing from his injury this spring and does not want any set backs going into the off season. Look for a motivated #141 ride when the 2014 season comes around.
